Outcome: Successfully launched via Kickstarter campaign that exceeded funding goals, expanding Hinoki Knives' reach to a global audience. The product line continues to set the standard for both professional chefs and home cooking enthusiasts, combining high-quality materials with thoughtful, user-centered design.
